About Our Office


Of Costa Rican birth and upbringing, Eric Rosenstock immigrated to the United States with his family in 1983. He was educated in the U.S., is a native speaker of English and Spanish, and is fluent in Portuguese.

He graduated from Yale Law School in 2005.

Eric’s practice includes both employment-based and family-based cases, representing corporate, family and individuals in a broad range of matters.

His subject areas of concentration and interest include:

• Immigration benefits for different-sex and same-sex couples
• Naturalization and citizenship
• EB-5 investment
• Physicians and other health professionals
• Extraordinary ability / achievement individuals in the arts, business and sciences
• Multi-national executive, managerial and ‘specialized-knowledge’ based matters
